Manu and Bella Garcia met and married at ICM.  After much prayer and years of serving the local church, they relocated to Boston to help plant a church.  Boston boasts the third-largest Dominican population in the United States--6% of Bostonians are from the Dominican Republic. Massachusetts is also home to the third-largest Haitian population in the United States.
